Heater Block: Chromium zirconium copper nickel plating, small size and lightweight, withstand high temperature up to 300℃, with faster thermal conductivity.
Hardened Steel Nozzle: Made of high quality material make it more wear-resistant and extend its service life; RA0.4 inner wall roughness of the throat and nozzle is, which reduces the phenomenon of blockage and improves the printing quality.
Design Upgrade: Nozzle structure upgrade, threaded connection, heating block and pipe, solve the phenomenon of falling off, and can be disassembled and replaced, reduce the cost of use. And the throat structure is upgraded as well, and the step limit is added to cooperate with the heating block, which perfectly solves the problems of leakage and falling off.
