02-11-2019I have used this product extensively and it works well. We have paper jams every week, I use it to record our conversations and then I make MP3 discs for everyone. The only drawback is that if you want to transfer files, you must convert the WAVE program to MP3, but it will play on your computer.

19-03-2018This is very small and really convenient to carry. To play back what was recorded, I can just plug it into my computer. It is great at it can record up to 12 hours at a time. The recording quality does not seem super crisp, but it is okay.
