They sent me extra ruby extruders that I haven't tried yet and a new gold mattress that is far superior to the black mattress it came with. I've used it many times now and it prints perfectly! If you have enough budget, I recommend you to order!

19-10-2022Assembly is super easy and not complicated at all. Printing is quiet and fast. I ran six different material types on this machine and the print quality was excellent. Really no complaints or flaws, expensive but worth it!

16-10-2022I'm really glad I didn't use a sub-$1000 printer, it's the most expensive I've ever used, bar none. But it does everything I need and prints beyond my expectations. If it fits your budget, I recommend buying it! It's a good machine and I like it a lot, both in quality and looks.
