20-10-2022QIDI TECH i-mates are amazing! You can adjust settings during printing. If it's printing too fast and the filament is skipping, you can use the LCD screen to slow down the print or increase the temperature without having to start over, which is great! It has auto-leveling, which is much better than the included print bed, which is fine though. Excellent!

07-04-2022My first 3d printer, I am very happy with it. I was looking for a printer with a housing and accidentally came across qidi. No tinkering, unpack and get started immediately, no problem with the qidi. So far PLA and PEG printed without problems. For pla you can remove the side walls (stick with a magnet) and the cover, open the door and you have an open printer. It could be a bit quieter if you have it in the office, at least if you use it openly. Qidi's service is great, emails are answered quickly. I had a problem with levelling, after a short exchange with the support I was sent a new mainboard without any problems. I can only recommend the printer and Qidi.

20-09-2021It was my first order to Tomtop. I was a bit doubtful at the beginning but I had to ride because the object arrived in Italy in 5 days from the order. Perfect packaging and product. Value for exceptional price.
