It is a starter sax, so it's not as rich sounding as a more expensive brand, but it is a really good sounding /playing sax.

Everything came as advertised. We bought a better quality mouthpiece for it but other than that.

I ordered this expecting it to be cheaply made but it exceeded my expectations. It's plays awesome like a sax should.

Alot of people had problems with tuning and not getting it right. I went on line and learned what I did wrong.

So while its not a top of the line instrument, it plays well and he enjoys its sound.

honestly I haven't had any issues with it and its been working really nice for me.it feels like a high quality instrument and is all I need as a beginner.

I don't have anything to complain about besides the mouthpiece, and I think this is a great way to get your feet wet without spending a lot of money on an intermediate or professional model.

The tone is nice but the mouthpiece and neckstrap needed replacing. The neckstrap cuts into her neck and has no padding.

The saxophone has a good sound and does not have a honking sound.

I got her a ring, and it was great for the both of us. I am Enjoying my Tenor sax, it plays well and looks great.

Came with everything that you needed and cost less than rental from school or purchase from a music store.

Very hard to tune with. His teacher who plays sax could not get it tuned correctly. Looking to buy about her mouth piece.
