Copper Alloy with High Thermal Conductivity High Flow for High Speed Printing: The thermal conductivity of copper alloy is as high as 330W/m-k, ensuring that the nozzle is heated more evenly. The volume is twice as large as ordinary nozzles, supporting high-speed printing speed of 600mm/s.
Uniform Nickel Plating, Smoother Extrusion: The nickel-plated layer on the surface greatly reduce the adhesion of filaments to the nozzle and smoother extrusion. Copper alloy nozzle are suitable for most other FDM materials and PEEK, PEKK PEI, PSU, PPSU and other high temperature consumables.
Hardened Steel Nozzle: High Hardness, More Wear-resistant and Longer Service Life.
Hardened Steel Resists,Corrosion for Longer Service Life: Advanced heat treatment process and better anti-oxidation are combined to prolong the service life of the nozzle.
