▶ Metal cutting: 20W powerful power and 0.03*0.06 ultra-fine light spot allow MR20 to easily cut 0.2mm aluminum business cards at one time and 0.5mm brass sheets multiple times.
▶ High adaptability: The MR20 module can be quickly installed and adapted to the frames of all Atomstack brand laser engraving machines, and can expand the working area to 850*400mm or 850*800mm.
▶ Customized lightburn control motherboard: In order to be controlled by the lightburn software, MR20 has customized a special control motherboard for the infrared laser module. It can set the laser power through lightburn and adjust the pulse frequency with the knob, which greatly improves the ease of work.
▶ Optical fiber conduction: Energy transmission adopts optical fiber conduction, which can greatly improve energy transmission efficiency and reduce energy transmission loss.

I have used it to engrave on black acrylic, leather, ceramic, and rock with excellent results. Especially when it comes to metal cutting, it exceeded my expectations. I use it to cut 0.2mm aluminum business cards in one go and cut 0.5mm brass sheets multiple times, and I can get a clean and neat cut surface every time. Although it is expensive, it is worth it!
