It’s a decent product, but I expected more given the price. but a little more innovation would be great.

I am big on sustainability and recycle. The three main reasons why I am getting this printer. First, I can print on smaller size paper instead of always have to print the shipping labels on letter size paper and cut it and tape it all over before shipping ebay sales. Second, there is no need to buy more ink cartridges. The heat thermal techonology in this printer can print more than 400, 000 pages. Third, the foot print is small and it is easy to hook it up with different devices, cell phone and computers. Overall, it is sustaining our environment by using less paper and ink.

Alright so I saw this was new and had a very appealing deal. I purchased it and it arrived quickly of course. I am using on a Mac and installing the drivers was very easy. My only stress was getting the shipping label to print the size of the 4x6 paper. A quick glance at the Amazon FAQs answered, I saw that I had to set the default size of the label to 4x6 within my shipping provider (I use Shippo) Once I saved that setting on the website, printing was a BREEZE. So far so good although this is the first day of use.

Ended up returning it after a couple weeks. Worked great at first but then started not printing full bar codes and missing spots on the labels. Tried all the tech stuff to fix it but it didn't help. Noticed that thermal heads were warped so that may have been the issue. Returned for a refund without any issues. Bought a name brand one for not much more money.

I bought this thermal printer for shipping my products out for my small business and I’m very happy with it! Heres why: 1. Bang for your buck; Now it probably doesn’t work like a rollo, though I’ve never had one to compare to.. this works amazinggggg. 10/10. I believe this is just an issue with some but mine was an unlucky one and my printer does print out the labels the TINEST bit faded but personally I don’t mind its nothing too serious unless this is a major issue to you, just be aware its a 50/50 chance of you getting one like this or not. Thats my only “issue” with this printer if that’s even an issue. Everything else works perfect and fast. No issues and easy to install. It works with any labels, any sizes. Its perfect if your looking to step up your small business a bit and become a little more professional. 2. Easy to install: Before you do anything you have to download the software to be able to connect your laptop to your thermal printer. Not gonna lie i was quite confused when I first got my printer. I decided when I ordered it to download the software before it got here because if you have a newer MacBook you’ll need to download it via their website not through the cd. After that you just connect everything up and it’ll work! Overall im so glad i spent the money on this. This was one of the best investments in my business so far! The reviewers are what drew me to purchase this. They made it sound amazing and IT IS! Usually you get bad feelings about stuff like this but I couldn’t pass up the chance. Ive been using it for almost a month now and I made sure to wait before just leaving an off the bat review. With all that being said I hope this helped you decide whether this works for you or not! I finally decided enough was enough. Printing shipping labels from my printer wasn't cost effective so I looked for a thermal printer. I found this on and bit the bullet. I came earlier than expected which was a plus. I unpacked and followed the instructions, but had to make some tweaks to printing preferences on the platforms I ship from, it doesn't mention that - but not sure that it should. All in all, glad I got it and I can't believe I waited so long to make this purchase, it's been a great timesaver and beats cutting out shipping labels from my printer.

I wish I had purchased this sooner. I would have saved money and avoided headaches from the way I was printing labels. No more buying ink or expensive ink jet labels. Best part, I am not dealing with paper jams using an inkjet printer and labels. Plus, I have more room on the desk now. Set up, was easier than I thought. Downloaded the drivers from the companies website and followed instructions. Very fast process. I did see people having an issue with it printing labels sideways. I experienced this myself and went though all the settings, label size, etc and it was still doing it. I contact support via email and they got back to me extremely fast to help. The issue though was not the settings. I was printing a label through ebay as test labels and the print options on ebay were over riding any changes I tried making. For those that might use ebay, there is a small drop down menu on the lower right that opens up print options. Default is set to 8x11 but there is a 4x6 size and others. Once I changed that, bingo, perfectly printed label. This had nothing to do with the product. Some reviews say it prints blurry. I didnt have that issue. There is an option for Density under advanced options. I adjusted mine one a little bit and my labels print Crystal Clear!. Overall, this is one purchase I am fully pleased with. It prints super fast. I have maybe only 100ish labels through it so far. Love it. Saves me money and time.

It’s going to take a long time for this thing to pay for itself because my Etsy shop is quite small-time, but I just couldn’t tape any more labels. This thing is lightning fast. It installed really easy on my laptop, and it works perfect with Etsy. I also have used it to print some actual packaging labels, and they look really good! I get really excited every time I get a chance to use it. <ol

So far so good. It was easy to set up. I went straight to www.idprt.com and downloaded the software. At first it wasn't printing in the right direction on the 4x6 label. I couldn't figure out even after reading the user manual. So I went to YouTube and apparently you also need to go on the website that you sell from like Walmart, Amazon etc. I followed his instructions for the Etsy since thats where I sell from and now my labels print correctly on the label sheets. The name and address print a little blurry but the actual barcode prints fine and it scanned ok when I dropped the package off at the U.S.P.S

GET THIS PRINTER! This printer is a great value for money! I run a small business and I was TIRED of printing, cutting, and taping labels to my packages. This little printer has made a huge difference in how long it takes me to do my packing. I’d recommend this to any small business owner looking to save time. I purchased this printer for my small business because I got tired of having to replace ink and paper for my regular printer and I must say that I have already gotten my monies worth. This was so easy to install and setup and it also prints out fast. I have not had any problems with it, I really love using it, it saves time and money. You can't beat the price for the quality, it prints out perfectly.I would recommend this product great quality at a great price it's a win win for me.

My wife and I have been needing a label printer for our 3-D printer e-commerce site. We ship out dozens of boxes a day and printing them on a standard laser printer, folding them into clear envelopes and sticking the envelopes onto the boxes is a time-consuming process. This laser printer allows you to print onto standard 4" x 6" thermal printer labels which can be gotten for free from the shipping companies. The labels have a chemical top layer that allows thermal printers to print on them without an ink cartridge, which saves a ton of money as well. The biggest problem, though, is that the free labels come on extremely large roles which don't fit many label printers, which are designed for smaller roles or for fan fold paper to feed through a slot in the back. This printer solves that problem with an available paper tray that fits behind it into which you can either put fan fold paper or mount a roll of labels on the included spindle. The spindle then sets in a notch on top of the tray and dispenses the labels through the slot in the back of the printer. Once you set up your shipping site to format the labels for 4 x 6 printers, it works perfectly.

Does a good enough job. Once in a while it will print some illegible charters but, overall it been great. I use it to print out vouchers for internet access for my kids so its not used in high volume. It also prints really fast.

It's what you will expect of a small printing unit. Works well with my POS.

It takes a little getting used to, but it is a very handy little printer. Easy to use and not too much can go wrong with it.

It pretty much worked for what i needed. My use case is probably different than other people's though which is not the fault of the printer.
