09-04-2021We have a small pond in a semi-shady position. It's winter so doesn't get much sun at time of purchasing but it still tries its best to work! Whenever it is in daylight it gives a nice gentle fountain. Hopefully from summer , when it should be warm enough to sit near it , it will keep going most of the day.

04-04-2021Very pleased so far with this fountain, works well in my small wildlife pond. Does need regular cleaning as the algae in my pond clogs the filter but this is quick and easy and shouldn't be an issue if you intend to use in a bird bath or water feature. Recommended!
